Workday HCM SpecialistERPA (A Workday Partner) is a client-centered technology services firm focused on maximizing customers' investments in Workday.As a seasoned Workday HCM Specialist, you will contribute to the modernization of our clients' operations and deliver effective solutions that drive business results.With your extensive knowledge of Workday Core HCM, you will assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives through expert implementation recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders.Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop customized solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.Provide exceptional support throughout the annual events process, ensuring timely delivery of benefits, merit increases, and other critical HR functions.Requirements:HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required.Possess preferred certifications such as Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, and Launch.Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills and organizational abilities.Employment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification, with ongoing certification status management throughout employment.Required to build custom reports using Workday Security features and possess strong analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey complex Workday HCM processes and best practices effectively.Strong teamwork and time management skills, with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
