Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven advertising specialist to oversee key digital advertising accounts. This role requires strategic account leadership, performance optimization, client retention, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will own relationships with clients, understand their marketing and commercial goals thoroughly, and translate them into high-impact advertising strategies.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Advertising Account Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned advertising clients and build deep, trusted, long-term relationships.Performance Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine advertising strategies, conduct extensive keyword research, audience mapping, and funnel planning, and implement rigorous testing frameworks.Client Retention, Upsell & Account Expansion: Maintain high satisfaction through consistent performance delivery and strategic guidance, identify opportunities to increase budget or expand channels, and provide strategic roadmaps for short-term wins and long-term brand growth.Cross-Channel Coordination & Execution Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to execute flawlessly, review ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign setups before activation, and ensure all timelines and deliverables are met or exceeded.Data Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee reporting cycles, ensure accuracy and insight-rich presentation, convert raw data into meaningful strategic narratives and next-step recommendations, and maintain detailed documentation of optimizations, client feedback, and account developments.
