Job Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to evaluate AI model outputs in Marathi.Evaluate AI model outputs and identify potential issues, such as toxicity, hate speech, and harassment.Flag and categorize toxic content, including subtle or context-dependent cases, and provide performance assessments based on predefined criteria.Compare model responses and assess their accuracy and relevance.Classify the type and severity of toxicity, e.g., hate speech, harassment, abusive language, and provide explanations where required.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project guidelines and requirements.Requirements:Proficient in English and Marathi languages.Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, content moderation, linguistic evaluation, or a similar domain.Strong understanding of cultural nuances, slang, and context-dependent expressions.Ability to identify toxicity in both native script and transliterated formats.Good analytical and evaluative skills.Prior experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, or data annotation is a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree in any field, such as Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.Detailed knowledge of linguistics and cultural contexts is an advantage.Additional Requirements:Familiarity with AI models and their applications.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
