Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Stem Rater to assess and improve AI-generated answers for STEM questions across various difficulty levels.The ideal candidate will have strong academic fundamentals in relevant STEM subjects and excellent written communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Assess the quality of AI-generated responses, focusing on correctness, clarity, and reasoning.Provide constructive feedback to enhance model performance and contribute to building benchmark datasets.Collaborate with STEM Leads and fellow raters to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluation.Required Qualifications:B.Tech graduate from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)JEE Advanced qualification is mandatory.Strong conceptual understanding in relevant STEM subjects.Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear explanations.Teaching, tutoring, or content development experience is advantageous.Preferred Qualifications:Experience coaching students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET/GATE.Ability to create advanced problems at Olympiad or JEE Advanced level.Background in working with AI/LLM systems or structured feedback formats.Personal Skills:Attention to detail and a focus on quality.Strong explanation skills and a learner-centric approach.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivation, organization, and efficiency in remote settings.Proficiency in using Google Workspace and new tools.
