We are seeking an experienced Business Central Senior Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support to end users, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with system enhancements.About the role:This is a senior-level position that requires hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors, as well as experience managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and train other support specialistsProvide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) usersDiagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errorsManage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholdersWork with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutionsDocument support cases, resolutions, and user guidesSupport system upgrades, patches, and new release deploymentsAssist with user training and onboardingCollaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performanceIdentify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvementsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials, supply chain, and manufacturingProficiency in several ISV ProductsPowerBI and PowerAutomate experienceStrong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and requiredProficient in Microsoft ExcelProficient in Smart-SheetsProficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports
