Job TitleA dynamic and visionary Cloud Engineer is sought to join our team, responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions. Job Description:As a seasoned Cloud Engineer, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities: Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.Managing and maintaining existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.Staying up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices, and evaluating their applicability to our infrastructure.Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong background in AWS cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Tools and Technologies:The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies: Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Proven hands-on experience supporting the Okta SSO Platform.Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and routing.Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Data Dog, Orion, Nagios, and WhatsUp Gold.Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
