This role requires a blend of architectural prowess, knowledge of automation tools, machine learning expertise, and business acumen to guide a multidisciplinary team in designing and implementing innovative products that enhance operational efficiencies and decision-making processes.Lead and build a team of backend, frontend, UI/UX, automation, and machine learning engineers.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation-driven solutions and ensure alignment with client needs.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating automation technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Act as a key technical liaison between your team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.Contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts by providing technical expertise.Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automation technologies and industry trends.Lead initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies that could benefit the company's strategic goals.Qualifications We Seek:Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role involving solution architecture and data science.Familiarity with cloud architectures and services.Experience with GenAI, Prompt Engineering, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, RPA, Python, VBA.Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust back-end systems.Strong proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams.About Us:We are committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion, respect and integrity, customer focus, and innovation.
