Technical Support SpecialistThe ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to T24 COB processes.Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the cycle.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth COB processing.Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring proper configuration and optimization for COB operations.Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Ensure all COB processes are completed within designated timeframes, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system architecture.Strong understanding of T24 application server and database server.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
