Exploring the role We are seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy, and execution-driven individual to join us as Chief of Staff. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep problem-solving, data-driven thinking, and strong cross-functional coordination. As a key partner to leadership, you’ll work across teams to drive clarity, ensure alignment, and help scale business impact through insight and execution. How your day will look like/Job responsibility Perform deep-dive analysis on critical business challenges to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. Conduct TAM analysis, market mapping, and opportunity assessment to uncover growth areas. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and improve business outcomes. Create business reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership decision-making. Support leadership in strategic planning, cross-team alignment, and project tracking. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows; recommend and implement scalable process improvements. Ability to research, test and help adopt AI-powered tools to streamline internal processes as well as create value for our enterprise/midmarket clients. Assist in preparing communication and documentation for board meetings, strategic reviews, and external stakeholders. Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree required; technical background is preferred. 4-8 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Knowledge Solid understanding of business fundamentals, analytics, and strategic planning. Familiarity with market research, TAM sizing, and competitive landscaping. Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or high-growth companies is a strong plus. Skills Analytical Thinking: Strong with data; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable plans. Project Management: Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external partners. Attitude Operates independently with minimal supervision while working collaboratively across teams.
