  • Acquisition of new customers / handling walk-in customers. 
  • Coordinate with Fleet Department and adhere to pick-up / delivery schedule.
  • Collection of POD and ensure timely raising Invoice by Corporate Accounts in accordance with the SOP within TAT specified.
  • Cash handling and keeping accurate record of income & expenditure. 
  • Arranging loading-unloading labour as per daily requirements at the branch
  • Ensuring the Credit period is adhered to. Proactive follow-up for payments based on Outstanding Statements
  • Provide leads of potential customers in the surround region to Regional Head / Corporate Marketing team. 
  • Prepare Branch Performance MIS report on monthly basis and take initiate corrective action on gaps, skill development.
  • Upkeep of Branch premises and administration including security, safety, house-keeping, maintenance, CCTV and facility management.
  • Ensure safety of people, goods and company assets at the branch. Strictly follow safety protocols of vehicle movements at the Branch.
  • Train staff and implement corporate policies and best practices as directed by Corporate team.
