Job Description:

Dynamic experienced architect who not only love to plan and design but also ensure its executed as they see it.


Location :  Pune

Salary : As per market


Work timing : 9am to 6pm ( Can be extended as per requirement of work )


Experience : Min 2 yrs experience.


Software expertise: Autocad / Sketchup / Vray / Lumion


Responsibilities.

1.     Site measurement / visits

2.     Planning and designing with 3d and working drawings.

3.     Assist juniors in new learning skills and check their work.

4.     Check all working drawing before work starts.

5.     Should be able to understand and translate all drawings for the vendors.

6.     Work in coordination with other designer and be a bridging gap between designer and vendors.

7.     Follow up with all vendors for work and schedule all site related activities daily / weekly basis.

8.     Query resolution for clients at site.

9.     Capable of taking decision at site for corrections / adjustments.

10.Site visit for supervising work.

11. Handle material order and delivery for same.

12. Verify final bills for quantities and cost.

13. Daily reporting to office for site status update.
