HR Payroll Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in HR and payroll automation to join our team.Job DescriptionA key member of our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop technical designs to enhance PeopleSoft applications.Your responsibilities will include participating in feasibility studies, project planning, tracking, and risk identification. You will also be responsible for delivering projects in HR automation, benefits, and payroll experience enhancements.In addition, you will analyze existing HR and payroll customizations, resolve technical issues, and improve MSS, benefits, and NA payroll systems.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in implementation/upgrade projects and willingness to learn AWS cloud EC2/RDS implementationsAbility to write complex Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and reportingKnowledge of PeopleSoft Technical (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, PeopleSoft Security) and PeopleSoft HR Technical (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits)Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholdersBenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.OthersPrior experience in working with PeopleSoft COBOLs, handling admin issues, and Linux shell scripting for automation is beneficial but not required.
