Job Title:A Digital Transformation Leader to Spearhead Insurance ExcellenceRole Overview:We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our large-scale insurance transformation programs, driving business outcomes through strategic leadership and digital innovation.This pivotal role demands expertise in guiding cross-functional teams, conceptualizing scalable solutions, and evangelizing digital capabilities across operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic roadmaps, owning and delivering large-scale transformation outcomes, and collaborating with global operations teams to identify modernization opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the development of analytics-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and unlock measurable business value.Conceptualize and implement technology-enabled process transformations leveraging digital tools.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a data-driven culture, promoting informed decision-making and business acumen.Develop and execute training programs to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:A strong understanding of business processes and industry trends in 2–3 verticals.Extensive experience in leading large-scale insurance transformation programs, including strategy, data, technology, and emerging tech.Expertise in digital technologies: Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Automation, and emerging tech.Hands-on experience in Guidewire or similar platforms is an asset.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work across multicultural environments and matrix organizations.Benefits:This opportunity offers a chance to lead enterprise-scale insurance transformation programs impacting multi-million-dollar operations across US and UK markets, working with cross-functional teams of 100+ professionals.
