They’re building a team of sharp, ambitious professionals who thrive in fast-moving environments and want to take ownership early in their careers.The Role :The Revenue & Partnerships Operations Associate will sit at the center of the growth team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role combines data, process, and partner engagement — ensuring senior leaders can focus on scaling high-value relationships while you keep the engine moving.Key Responsibilities :Maintain and optimize the CRM to keep partner and pipeline data accurate and reliableBuild dashboards and reports that track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue impact, and ROIHighlight which partners and campaigns are most effective and recommend where to focus resourcesSupport outreach by booking and coordinating partner meetings, and handling follow-upsEngage existing partners with newsletters, content sharing, and periodic updatesCoordinate logistics and comms for webinars, events, and joint campaignsCreate repeatable processes around onboarding, reporting, and review cycles to help the team scaleIdeal Profile :1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partnerships, or marketing opsStrong analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution dataHands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal updatesProactive, curious, and comfortable in an unstructured, fast-changing environment
