Implement data quality checks and reference data management practices. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align data governance goals with organizational priorities. Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives. Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in data governance, data stewardship, or data architecture roles. Strong understanding of data models, metadata, data dictionaries, and business semantics. Experience with MDM, data quality tools, and reference data management. Familiarity with reporting systems, system extracts, and enterprise data platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data governance.
