We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Agentic Solution Architect with a strong consulting background and proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation journeys.Key Responsibilities:Lead customer engagements as a trusted Salesforce advisor, shaping solution strategy and roadmap.Architect end-to-end Salesforce Agentic solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-enabled outcomes.Conduct solution workshops, demos, and technical deep dives with clients.Guide technical teams through design, implementation, and delivery best practices.Contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development with innovative Salesforce architectures.Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements, including AI/Agentic capabilities, industry-specific solutions, and integration frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications:10–16 years of experience in Salesforce consulting/solution architecture.Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Industry Clouds).Proven track record of customer-facing consulting roles with large enterprise clients.Expertise in Salesforce AI/Agentic features, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Salesforce certifications: Application/Technical Architect (CTA preferred).
