We are looking for a skilled recruiter to support our hiring drives. This role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating activities to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.The ideal candidate will be skilled in talent mapping, resume screening and executing sourcing strategies that meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract large volumes of qualified candidatesLeverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks and local hiring campaignsConduct Boolean and keyword searches to identify active and passive candidates in alignment with hiring requirementsBuild manage and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for recurring recruitment needsScreening & Candidate Evaluation:Review and screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications experience and suitability for specific job rolesConduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate communication skills interest levels and availabilityCoordinate shortlisted candidates for the next stages of the selection process in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managersBulk Hiring Drive Coordination:Actively participate in the planning organization and execution of bulk hiring drives across locationsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners vendors job consultants and campus representatives to ensure smooth hiring operationsManage walk-in drives recruitment events and large-scale interview sessions ensuring efficient candidate flow and timely feedback collectionTrack attendance interview status and hiring ratios for each drive and prepare post-drive analysis reportsStakeholder Management:Collaborate closely with recruitment teams HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needsProvide regular updates on sourcing progress hiring drive outcomes and candidate pipeline healthReporting & Process Improvement:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS or recruitment trackerAnalyze sourcing effectiveness recommend improvements and identify new sourcing channelsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is required.1-3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing preferably in bulk or mass hiring environments is required.Strong command of sourcing tools job portals and ATS platforms is preferred.Excellent understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate mapping is desired.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Strong organizational coordination and multitasking abilities are necessary.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment performance is required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of candidates sourced and screened per hiring driveConversion rate from sourcing to selectionTime-to-fill for bulk hiring positionsQuality of candidates presented to hiring managersEfficiency and success rate of hiring drives conductedWhy Join Us:Be part of a high-energy recruitment team driving large-scale hiring success.Opportunity to work on end-to-end bulk hiring projects across diverse functions and locations.Fast-paced collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
