Key Responsibilities:
Associate - Stakeholder Management with 1 Year

Documenting Mentor Interactions:
Assist in accurately documenting all mentor interactions and interventions.
Maintain a comprehensive database of mentorship sessions and their outcomes for reference, reporting, and analysis.

Coordinating with Program Teams:
Liaise with program teams to understand mentorship requirements and prioritize mentor requests accordingly.
Ensure seamless coordination between mentors and program teams for scheduling, follow-ups, and session updates.

Scouting New Mentor Profiles:
Conduct research and scouting activities to identify potential mentors with relevant expertise and industry experience.
Maintain and update the mentor database, ensuring that profiles align with the needs of the Mentor Desk and its programs.

Supporting Mentor Desk Activities:
Provide general administrative support to the Mentor Desk team.
Assist in organizing mentorship events, workshops, networking sessions, and other related activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for entrepreneurship and supporting startups.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience or interest in stakeholder management and event coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation is a plus.
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Role Overview:
As an Associate in Stakeholder Management at T-Hub’s Mentor Desk, you will play an integral role in supporting the Mentor Desk team by managing interactions with mentors and ensuring alignment with the needs of the program teams. This role provides hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem, offering a chance to collaborate with high-potential entrepreneurs and industry experts. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, coordinating mentorship sessions, and scouting new mentor profiles, all while supporting the growth of the startup ecosystem.
