The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation & customization of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules. The role requires a deep understanding of retail domain along with excellent knowledge of D365 capabilities.Responsibilities:- Lead or support the implementation / enhancement of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules.- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.- Design, configure, and test D365 StoreCommerce POS solutions to meet business needs.- Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.- Develop functional documentation including solution design, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.- Provide training and support to end-users.- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and environment management. Technical Competencies:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 StoreCommerce implementations or support.- Strong understanding of business processes in retail.- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle D365 StoreCommerce implementation.- Good knowledge of D365 StoreCommerce configuration, workflows, security roles, and integrations.- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.- Microsoft certification in D365 StoreCommerce is an advantageQualifications, Experience, Certifications:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent7+ years of experience in implementation, support or consultingMS Dynamics
