#### Job Summary ####The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management and migration activities within a SAP environment. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.#### Job Description ####We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Resource with excellent experience in data migration using SAP BODS, including interface, IDocs, Batch Jobs, and basic knowledge of ABAP debugging. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP function modules and be able to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.Responsibilities include:- Working with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and legacy data.- Handling performance tuning activities and providing out-of-the-box design solutions for business requirements.- Designing appropriate data migration solutions, including transformation routines using SAP BODS.- Building, testing, executing, and managing data migrations utilizing tools such as SAP LSMW or SAP Data Services solutions.- Preload and post-load validation of migration results, handling dropouts, and advising on data cleansing requirements.- Performing migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks, and post-go-live support.- Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.#### Required Skills and Qualifications ####Key qualifications for this role include:- Excellent work experience with data migration using SAP BODS, including interface, IDocs, Batch Jobs, and basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.- Strong understanding of SAP function modules and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.- Good consulting skills with business-facing consulting capability.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.- Quick learner, motivated self-starter with excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.#### Benefits ####This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization and contribute your skills and expertise to our team.
