Job OverviewWimmer Solutions is committed to achieving a diverse employee network through all aspects of the hiring process and we welcome all applicants.As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will execute tactical components of the change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.Our team works smart; we have built a reputation for results-oriented, innovative, business and technology solutions that help companies execute on their strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage and implement change management frameworks, track deliverables, stakeholders, adoption uptake, and resistance.Maintain user engagement to increase adoption and provide weekly reports on progress against KPIs, with callouts of risks and blockers slowing or limiting progress.Develop and publish quick start guides, weekly tips, incentives, and other role-based training to enable and encourage adoption.Establish and maintain stakeholder engagements and manage expectations.Requirements:Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments.Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies.Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement.Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences.Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement.Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting.What You Bring:A passion for what you do and a desire to join a diverse team dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.If you are passionate about your work and want to make a real impact on the causes that affect our communities, we would love to hear from you.
