We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Animal Welfare Manager at our Animal Birth Control Centre in Mumbai. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring effective implementation of animal sterilization and vaccination programs.The ideal candidate will have strong operational and team management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of animal welfare, behavior, sterilization/vaccination programs, and related healthcare practices is also essential.Key responsibilities include:Managing a team of veterinarians and support staffCoordinating with external stakeholdersMaintaining accurate operational recordsEnsuring compliance with protocols and regulationsIn addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the welfare of animals under care and coordinating community outreach initiatives to build awareness.This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to animal welfare and a passion for making a positive impact.A Bachelor's degree in veterinary science, zoology, or a related field is preferred, but not required. However, a strong background in animal welfare and a proven track record of success in a similar role are essential.
