Pricing and Revenue OpportunityMaximize revenue and optimize operations with our pricing solutions.Job Summary:Analyze market trends, create pricing strategies, and monitor financial and revenue performance for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage dynamic pricing and availability using Pricelabs (training available).Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, ADR, pacing, and market trends.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations.What We're Looking ForPreference given to candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on pricing experience.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Experience with pricing tools like Pricelabs is a major plus.Strong analytical skills and experience with Pricing and Financial analysis.(Bonus) Experience with Python (especially Pandas & Numpy), Tools like Streamlit & Time series forecasting, regression modeling, and other predictive analytics.Benefits:Full-time remote role.Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Job Category: Pricing AnalystJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Remote
