Role:We're seeking a talented UX Designer to spearhead the development of our digital health platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative professional to shape the user experience and visual identity of a groundbreaking healthcare product.Job Description:Solish is pioneering the next generation of digital health platforms, commencing with an AI-driven, camera-based sleep apnea screening solution. Our innovative biometric screening and experience platform seamlessly integrates facial capture, machine learning, and patient-centric design to provide swift, effortless, and scalable early detection.As a UX Designer, you'll oversee the full design spectrum – from product UX flows and dashboards to website visuals, marketing assets, and micro-interactions. You'll drive both core user experience and visual identity, forging a category-defining healthtech product.Lead UX/UI for our core sleep screening and digital health experience platformDesign B2B dashboards for clinical and operational personasDevelop and maintain our design system and visual languageDesign and update web pages, customer landing pages, and digital touchpoints reflecting brand essenceCreate brand assets for social, email, decks, and print (e.g. flyers)Design simple animations (e.g. Lottie, GIFs) for feedback and delightCreate Motion Graphics, Explainer Videos leveraging Generative AI tools to support product, marketing and sales as neededWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years in product, UX, creative, visual design (B2B SaaS, digital health, or startup experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing clean visuals, thoughtful UX, and simplified storytellingPassion for crafting remarkable end-to-end digital experiences and visual/creative communications that think like an owner with attention to detailExperience working with global teams and comfortable collaborating with teams in US time zonesProficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects), and ability to leverage emerging AI toolsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environmentEducation: Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Arts, Creative, Graphics, Animation, or related field – or equivalent experienceBonus: Experience in healthtech, telehealth, fintech, or digital health industry and working with US-based companies
