Today 5paisa is a go-to platform for serious traders and investors.Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Partner Program to build a scalable, high-impact Partner Ecosystem. You’ll own the platform end-to-end — from onboarding to performance optimization — crafting seamless journeys, driving automation, authorised persons, and affiliates to grow efficiently through data-driven insights, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:• Product Ownership- Lead the full Partner Platform journey — from idea to launch and beyond. Shape features, optimize performance, and continuously evolve the platform to deliver an exceptional experience for our partners.• Roadmap & Collaboration- Collaborate across business, tech, and design teams to build and execute a visionary roadmap that fuels partner growth, acquisition, and engagement.• Integration & Systems- Drive powerful API integrations, backend automation, and system enhancements that simplify operations and create a seamless partner experience end-to-end.• Partner Experience- Design intuitive, high-impact partner journeys — from effortless onboarding and lead management to transparent payouts and insightful dashboards.• Stakeholder & Releases- Engage with sub-brokers, authorised persons, and internal teams to turn feedback into action. Manage smooth, on-time releases with strong documentation and UAT rigor.• Performance & Innovation- Track what matters — analyze data, measure engagement, and iterate relentlessly. Benchmark against top industry platforms to uncover new opportunities and drive innovation.What You’ll Bring: • 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in broking, fintech, or B2B platform products.• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sub-broker models, and API-driven integrations.• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Figma, analytics tools• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams through PRDs, sprint planning, and UAT cycles.• Strong analytical and UX orientation with focus on usability and data-backed decisions.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.Bonus Point if you have: • Experience with partner / affiliate platforms or CRM integrations• Familiarity with payout automation, compliance systems, or partner performance dashboards.• Exposure to API documentation tools.What You Can Expect: • Learning and Growth: Be part of a team that values continuous learning in the Legal and Compliance framework and encourages mentorship.
