One of our listed Real Estate Client is looking for Compensation & Benefits (only from Mumbai) to design, implement, and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves strategic planning, analytics, and administration of payroll, incentives, and employee welfare programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees effectively.Offered CTC is 15-20 Lacs per annumRoles & Responsibilities1. Compensation Strategy & Structure2. Payroll & Compliance Management3. Incentives, Rewards & Recognition4. Benefits Administration5.
