You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create structured, visually appealing learning materials for YouTube tutorials and live classes.Key Responsibilities:Design and structure slide content for tutorials and live sessions.Collaborate with instructors to develop engaging, learner-focused materials.Simplify complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content.Use storytelling, visuals, and interactivity to enhance learning.Research and apply best practices in instructional design.Adapt content for multiple platforms and delivery formats.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.2+ years of experience in curriculum design, e-learning, or instructional content.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite.Strong skills in slide design, storyboarding, and content structuring.Excellent communication and collaboration with SMEs/instructors.Familiarity with online learning platforms and live teaching methods.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in EdTech or online course development.Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy).Exposure to video production, animation, or interactive learning tools.
