KPMG is currently seeking a Consultant with instructional design background for our Consulting practice.Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university 5-7 years of experience working in the field of Instructional Design and Learning and Development Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and rapid authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, and VYOND Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines Excellent interpersonal skillsKey Competencies and Skills:Ability to design, develop and deliver new age learning modalities, such as gamified learning, microlearning, mobile learning would be an added advantage. In-depth knowledge and experience to identify, select and recommend a variety of training modalities, learning strategies and technologies for a learning solution. Ability to apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning. Proficient in Instructional Design models, theories and Bloom's taxonomy and have the ability to apply these in all ID tasks. Proficient in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate / Captivate / Lectora / Camtasia and SAP Enable Now / WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools (The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.) Exceptional design and writing skills along with strong editing and reviewing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
