Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Bella Designs located in HSR Layout. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits programs, and administering benefits. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring decision.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

2.Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve workplace conflicts or disputes.

3.Performance Management:

Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with goal setting and development planning.

4.Compliance:

Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5.HR Administration:

Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience(2-3 yrs) as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization.
