About the RoleThis position plays a crucial part in supporting our risk management functions, primarily focusing on governance and oversight. It is responsible for assisting the Global Financial Crimes Division with key tasks such as risk assessment and monitoring.Main Responsibilities:Executing daily risk assessment and monitoring activities, including:Maintaining internal trackers to monitor and report on the phases of the risk assessment cycleAssisting with risk assessment and monitoring communications within and outside the teamManaging and organizing risk assessment and monitoring records (e.g., risk assessment questionnaires and monitoring reports)Reviewing information/data related to risk assessments and monitoring.Collecting/Pulling data, analyzing metrics to provide insights on year over year challengesPerforming Quality Control reviews to identify missing and incorrect dataSummarizing the collected information and performing basic proofing and copy-editing tasks.Candidate Profile:Required Skills and Qualifications:Professional editing and proofreading experience preferredStrong technical skills in Excel, leveraging pivot tables, graphs, and charts to perform analysisStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others.Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
