Job DescriptionAs a lead of the HCM Cloud HR Helpdesk, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Human Capital Management processes, from hire to retire. Your domain expertise in this area will be invaluable in driving business outcomes and improving employee experiences.Main ResponsibilitiesHCM Cloud Implementation Lead: Participate in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 2 involving HCM Cloud. Develop strong working experience in Core HR and at least one additional module: HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.Process Expertise: Understand in-depth HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. Gather requirements in workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Required Skills and QualificationsCritical Problem-Solving Skills: Assess and resolve complex functional issues/problems.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively through written and verbal skills. Work as a team player with personal drive, flexibility, and ability to identify problems.Leadership Capability: Provide leadership capability with planning and follow-up skills.
