Urgent Hiring || Performance Marketing Manager || BangaloreProfile: Performance Marketing ManagerExperience: Min 4+ YearsCTC: upto 13 LPA (depend on the interview)Location: HSR LayoutKey Responsibilities:●Develop, plan, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with Beegru’s growth objectives.●Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital platforms.●Drive qualified lead generation with measurable, results-oriented KPIs.●Skilled in advanced targeting strategies, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.●Strong knowledge of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 for accurate perforance measurement.●Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.●Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.●Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging impact.●Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Requirements:●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.●4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on real estate lead generation.●Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.●Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.●Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.●Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.●Ability to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
