Job Title:Power Business Intelligence StrategistDescription:We are seeking an experienced Power Business Intelligence Strategist to lead the development of our business intelligence platform. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and optimized visualization architecture, migrating legacy systems to modern solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify scope and requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead technical design for BI migration projects, assessing legacy systems and defining migration strategies.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.3. Develop and maintain documentation, including PRD, Design Guidelines, and Test Plans, to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.4. Oversee tasks worked by the team, ensuring that they clearly understand tool differences and feature gaps, and suggest alternative or workaround solutions as needed.5. Guide the team in conducting UAT testing with business users, negotiating common grounds for signoff, and coordinating with stakeholders to secure signoff and address technical debts.Requirements:1. 10+ years of experience with Power BI, with a focus on modeling, data transformation, reporting, and DAX with certification PL3002.2. Strong understanding of business KPIs, visualization storytelling, and data modeling, including semantic layer designing, reports, DAX, handling bulk data, performance tuning, and security.3. Experience in migrating legacy BI platforms to modern solutions, including knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau and Qlik.4. Certification in Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent experience.Preferred Skills:1. Knowledge of cloud-specifically Azure.2. Strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills, with ability to articulate feature mapping and gaps between tools.3. Ability to break down enterprise inventory for migration into logical, prioritized, independent, and achievable batches.
