Key Role: Localization Coordinator – SubtitlingJob SummaryThis position is ideal for highly skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional subtitling products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risks, collaborating with international teams to meet client expectations and needs.The role involves delivering high-quality scripts and subtitles for various languages within a region on the Deluxe platforms.Main Responsibilities:Deliver scripts and/or subtitles for various languages within a region on the Deluxe platforms.Manage capacity and pre-assignment of future tasks to translators/editors and send out availability notifications as needed.Be involved in daily communication and follow-ups to ensure each language flows smoothly within the established timeline.Responsibilities also include owning accurate and up-to-date data in the Deluxe platform, leveraging automated methods of assignment, clear and timely communication, and collaboration with Order Management on changes to project plans.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced professional with excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Requirements include:Strong technical skills and knowledge of subtitle production software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Bonus Points:Proficiency in multiple languages.Familiarity with Deluxe platforms.How To ApplyIf you have what it takes to succeed in this challenging role, please submit your application.
