Job Opportunity:Senior Java DeveloperAt our esteemed organization, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and proficiency in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, and gRPC.The successful applicant will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring, REST, and gRpc for Webex features.They will build and manage real-time distributed data pipelines using Kafka.A high level of code quality is expected through unit testing, code reviews, and performance profiling.The ideal candidate will contribute to CI/CD pipelines and create system dashboards using tools like Grafana and Kibana.Collaboration with cross-functional teams across time zones is essential, as well as participation in Agile ceremonies.Identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and supporting architecture decisions and technical initiatives are also key responsibilities.Key Requirements:8+ years of software development experience, with strong skills in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, and gRpc.Proficient in Agile methodologies, unit testing, debugging, and code coverage.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Maven, Git, and distributed caching.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including monitoring, incident management, and performance/load testing.Skilled in performance optimization for speed, memory, and space.Exposure to AI integration and code generation tools.Excellent communication and teamwork skills across global teams.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.Benefits include competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
