DevOps Engineer Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Key Responsibilities:System Administration: Manage critical production systems, including self-hosted enterprise GitLab platforms.Infrastructure Management: Implement HA and DR architectures, with experience in Linux (RHEL) administration, Ansible, Terraform, and Prometheus.Security and Compliance: Deep knowledge of security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management, with proficiency in NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.Identity Systems: Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Requirements:6+ years of experience as an SRE or Senior Systems Engineer managing critical production systems.4+ years of experience managing self-hosted, enterprise GitLab or similar SCM platforms.Strong Linux (RHEL) administration expertise.Advanced hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform (IaC).Experience with GitLab backend components: PostgreSQL, Redis, Object Storage (S3).Proven experience implementing HA and DR architectures.Deep knowledge of security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management.Proficiency with NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager.Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
