As we grow our user base and expand our offerings, we are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Oneiric 11's business goals.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the fantasy sports and gaming industries.

2. Brand Development

  • Elevate the Oneiric 11 brand to become a household name among fantasy sports enthusiasts.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.

3. Growth & User Acquisition

  • Create and implement data-driven acquisition strategies to grow the user base.
  • Leverage social media, influencers, partnerships, and paid advertising to maximize outreach.
  • Optimize marketing spend for ROI and user retention.

4. Community Engagement & Content Strategy

  • Build and maintain a vibrant community of sports fans and fantasy players.
  • Develop content strategies that drive user engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with content creators, sports analysts, and influencers for authentic storytelling.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and retention metrics.
  • Regularly report on KPIs and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

6. Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with sports leagues, teams, and brands.
  • Oversee sponsorship deals that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

Requirements

1. Experience

  • Proven track record as a senior marketing leader, ideally in the Fantasy Sports Gaming.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling apps or digital products.

2. Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the fantasy sports ecosystem.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking.
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

3. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A passion for sports and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly desirable.
