Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with Oneiric 11's goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product objectives with overall company strategy.
Product Development and Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch iterations.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-centric features and functionalities.
- Integrate user feedback and analytics into product decision-making.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to achieve product excellence.
Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-first mindset to ensure the app delivers an exceptional user experience.
- Develop innovative gamification strategies and loyalty programs tailored to the fantasy sports audience.
Metrics and Performance:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
- Monitor user engagement, retention, and monetization metrics to optimize the app’s performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in the gaming, sports, or fantasy sports sector.
- Strong understanding of fantasy sports platforms, user behavior, and gamification strategies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling digital products in competitive markets.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and deep understanding of the fantasy sports landscape is a must.
