Job Title: MS Access Database DesignerWe are looking for an experienced professional to design and maintain Microsoft Access databases that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in database design, data modeling, and user interface creation, while also assisting with migration strategies to transition from Access to modern systems.Key Responsibilities:Database Design: Design and maintain MS Access databases, including tables, queries, forms, and reports.User Interface Creation: Create intuitive user interfaces and workflows for data entry and reporting.Optimization: Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.Integration: Integrate Access databases with other systems.Migration Planning: Assist with planning and executing migration from MS Access to new platforms.
