Key Responsibilities:The role of a Senior Director – Pricing Strategy is pivotal in ensuring that our pricing framework remains aligned with business goals and objectives. This involves developing and implementing pricing strategies that cater to profitability, competitiveness, and client acquisition.To achieve this, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive pricing framework across various service lines, including voice, chat, back-office, tech support, and more.This entails standardizing pricing governance across geographies, verticals, and deal types to ensure consistency and control. The successful candidate will also lead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with sales, finance, and delivery teams.Beyond these core responsibilities, the Senior Director – Pricing Strategy will be expected to model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and recommend optimal commercial structures (FTE, connect minutes, transaction-based, outcome-based, or hybrid models).Additionally, this role requires the ability to develop and maintain cost models (labor, tech, infrastructure, overhead) across regions and service lines. The incumbent will also need to benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness and monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs.The Senior Director – Pricing Strategy will be responsible for analyzing deal-level and portfolio-level profitability and identifying margin improvement levers. This will involve collaborating with delivery and finance teams to drive margin expansion initiatives and tracking price realization versus contracted rates.A key aspect of this role is providing insights on pricing performance and client behavior through the use of pricing dashboards and tools. The successful candidate will enable data-driven decision making for leadership by building pricing intelligence and recommending strategic actions.In order to succeed in this position, the incumbent must possess excellent communication skills and be able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, FP&A, and operations. A strong understanding of pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and accounting principles is essential.Qualifications:MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration13-15 years' experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, with a focus on corporate forecasting and accounting
