The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective CLM strategies, leveraging platforms such as Sirion and iCertis.Design and configure workflow templates, ensuring seamless integration and data migration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve stakeholder concerns.Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:Provide strategic guidance on best-practice contracting processes and advise on business requirements.Act as a trusted advisor for legal, procurement, commercial, and technical stakeholders, driving alignment and influencing decision-making.Process Improvement & CLM Governance:Assess current contracting processes and design enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and compliance.Prioritize and manage workflow redesign, template updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.Documentation & Knowledge Enablement:Maintain accurate documentation, including workflow guides, user instructions, and configuration logic.Develop training materials and adoption plans to support new features and processes.Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data Quality:Configure metadata extraction tools to refine prompts and improve extraction accuracy.Validate results and ensure data integrity across contract repositories.Project Management:Support project planning, tracking activities, and preparing project status updates.Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.Required Skills & Experience:Essential:Proven experience in CLM implementation, workflow design, and configuration.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teams.Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience working in global or distributed teams, with adaptability and flexibility.Nice to Have:Experience with CLM platforms, particularly Sirion and iCertis.Exposure to AI/NLP-driven extraction tools or machine-learning configuration.Understanding of commercial contract terminology and structures (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.).Who This Role Is Ideal For:Results-driven professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, thrive on large projects, and can confidently engage stakeholders and influence direction.
