Kapiva | Regional Sales Capability Manager

Kapiva is recruiting a Regional Sales Capability Manager with 8-15 years core experience in Sales,
Training, Client Relationship Management, Training & Operations. The primary scope of this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales training programs for sales officers and executives across the region. This role is integral in improving sales performance, developing skills, and ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. The manager
will work closely with sales teams, sales managers, and other stakeholders to assess training needs, deliver training, and measure the effectiveness of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Training Program Development and Implementation:
• Conduct Training Sessions:
• Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
• Monitoring and Tracking of Progress:
• Collaborate with Sales Managers:
• Prepare Training Materials and Resources:
• Monitor and Report on Training Effectiveness:
• Onboarding and Training Support:
• Travel and On-the-Job Training (OJT):
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Training Effectiveness and ROI: Measure and report on the success and ROI of all training
programs.
• Capability Development: Demonstrated improvement in the skills and performance of sales
officers and executives.
• Sales Performance Improvement: Successful collaboration with sales managers to improve sales
performance in the region.
• Onboarding Efficiency:
Smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, ensuring quick integration and
productivity.
• Ongoing Monitoring and Feedback:
Regular follow-up and tracking of the progress of trained sales officers, ensuring continuous
improvement.
• Regional Sales Alignment: Training initiatives are aligned with regional sales goals and
objectives, contributing to overall business success.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate and assess sales performance.
• Strong in MS office, Advance Excel and PPT skills.
• Willingness to travel as required to support training and development efforts.
