🔔 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Security Systems Location: GunturJoin our growing team in the electronic security industry We’re looking for passionate Field Sales Executives who can drive sales for our Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and other Security Solutions across the Retail, MSME, and Residential segments.About the Role: This is a direct sales and field-based role involving market research, lead generation, client visits, and end-to-end sales management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and eager to build strong customer relationships in the regional market.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.Generate leads through cold calling, references, and direct visits to retail outlets, shops, MSMEs, and residential areas.Meet prospective clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable solutions.Present product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and technical specifications.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and work toward timely closure of sales deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.Maintain and update customer data, leads, and activities in the CRM system.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams during installation and after-sales service.Stay updated on the latest security technologies, competitor offerings, and market trends.Participate in product trainings, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales / Field Sales, preferably in security systems, electronics, or related industries.Strong understanding of B2C and small business sales dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Basic technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, or alarm systems is an added advantage.Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the security technology domain.Attractive incentives and growth opportunities based on performance.Exposure to diverse market segments and cutting-edge products.
