Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations.Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms is essential.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities are required.Excellent communication and process orientation skills are necessary.The ability to manage teams in a global IT setup is key.Awareness of US-based organization operations is desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Compliance:Oversight of employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit is critical.Accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data must be ensured.Compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts) is mandatory.Coordination with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance is required.Maintenance of organizational structure accuracy and updates is essential.Employee Experience & Engagement:Driving onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives is vital.Building an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture is crucial.Performance & Policy Management:Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates is essential.Establishing an employee grievance process and sustaining it by seamless execution is necessary.Reporting & Analytics:Preparing monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities is required.Supporting leadership with data insights for strategic decisions is crucial.Stakeholder Management:Partnering with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency is key.Statutory Compliance:Overseeing timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws is critical.Ensuring POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence is mandatory.RequirementsA Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field is preferred.10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team is essential.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices is required.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation is desirable.
