WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICENOW SPM BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL FREELANCE TEAM In this role, you will be part of the team of a leading international technology Company providing innovative SaaS solutions for the travel industry. As a ServiceNow SPM BA, you will join a project that is jointly delivered by our Client and external vendors. You will be in charge to support the development team by providing guidelines, monitoring quality and developing complex requirements. You will participate in a travel project working with Architects, Developers and Product Owners distributed across Europe and India. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's a plus).5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT Service Management or Enterprise Platforms.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.Strong knowledge of SPM functionalities: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning.Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.English proficiency.It's a PLUS if you have...ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or SPM-related certifications.Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding within ServiceNow.
