Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the voice and heart of our company, you'll guide customers through their journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers via various channels, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. You'll work closely with our production kitchen to ensure seamless delivery and resolve any post-purchase questions or concerns.You'll manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities, building trust and nurturing long-term relationships with our customers.Requirements3+ years of experience in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).Minimum 2 years in food, hospitality, or F&B, understanding perishable luxury products and high-touch customer service.A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.Bonus points for:Experience with CRM systems or live chat platforms.Background in customization-heavy sales.Previous work with online-first or direct-to-consumer brands.Growth PathWe offer a clear career progression path, with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding business.
