Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within our Shared Services Centre.This role involves leading and managing teams to ensure high performance and engagement.You will define and implement process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.Collaboration with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams is essential to ensure alignment and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes are crucial to this role.You will monitor AP aging and manage payment cycles to optimize working capital.Supervision of collections and cash application processes is also key.Resolution of customer disputes and accurate account reconciliations are necessary skills.You will support credit risk management in coordination with sales and credit control teams.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:A finance-related qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA or equivalent.At least 8–12 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in a shared services or multinational environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools.Familiarity with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and global accounting standards.CompetenciesThe successful candidate should exhibit:Leadership and team management abilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management.Process orientation and continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
