Oracle Fusion Application ManagerWe seek an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud application manager to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion cloud applications. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with business teams across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.Configure and manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions in line with regulatory requirements.Utilize Oracle tools to monitor application performance, health, and availability.Develop, coordinate, and implement quarterly updates, patches, and new releases in a timely manner.Analyze and resolve application issues efficiently to minimize downtime.Manage production configurations, security settings, and reference data.Handle data imports/exports, data validation, and data protection tasks.Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, SCM, and other teams to address application needs.Generate reports and dashboards; proficiency in OTBI is beneficial.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM/ERP/SCM)Strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges, and user provisioningKnowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance proceduresAbility to troubleshoot functional and technical issues effectivelyFamiliarity with data import processes, HDL/FBDI (preferred)Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
