Collaborate with business partners to comprehend needs and pain points affecting productivity.Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently.Leverage expertise in Desktop Experience (DEX) to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.Design and implement automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.Integrate closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless support of desktop systems.Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing technical concerns and training them on best practices.Mandatory Skills DescriptionExperience: 7-10 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.Subject matter expert in Windows OS internals (kernel, registry, services, drivers, etc). Proficient in OS-level troubleshooting tools. Skilled in utilizing Unified Endpoint Management tools for managing domain and Entra Windows devices.Strong foundation in Desktop Experience (DEX) tools for measuring endpoint performance, correlating issues with changes, and user experience optimization. Familiarity with operating system level logging.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
