As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI and/or FlaskProven track record of building and deploying production-grade backend systemsSolid SQL expertise and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQLUnderstanding of database indexing, transactions and performance optimizationExperience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run for containerized deployments, Cloud SQL for managed databases, Cloud Storage for object storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub and related services for pipelines and messaging is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of containerization and deployment best practices with Docker, familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, deployment and monitoring, basic or intermediate knowledge of Next.js and React.js are also highly valued.A plus would be proficiency in Golang for backend services, parsers or system tools, experience with the Fyne framework for desktop apps on Windows and macOS, prior work with EDI file parsing, data pipelines or automation in healthcare or fintech, experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, EDI and FHIR, knowledge of data warehouse solutions such as BigQuery or similar tools, experience with message queues such as Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ or Redis, familiarity with WebSocket implementations for real-time features, knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached or similar), experience with API documentation tools such as OpenAPI/Swagger, experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, Data Structures and Algorithms proficiency, Google Cloud Platform certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer, Associate Cloud Engineer, etc.).We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Backend Developer.
